Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Lead Consultant with over a decade of experience to drive enterprise-level implementations and enhancements. This role requires a Certified Oracle US Payroll Implementation Specialist with a deep functional background across the entire HCM suite, including Advanced Benefits, Absence Management, and Self-Service modules. You will lead the design and integration of complex HR systems for UHG, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with US Payroll standards.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Oracle Fusion HCM & US Payroll Leadership

• Core Functional Lead: Design and implement enterprise applications within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ecosystems.
• Payroll Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for US Payroll, managing end-to-end payroll processing, tax reporting, and compliance.¹
• Module Mastery: Extensive configuration experience in Human Resources (HR), Advanced Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Self-Service (Employee/Manager).

Technical Integration & Reporting

• Advanced Reporting: Utilize XML Publisher, Discoverer 4i/10g, and Reports 10g-6i to build complex business intelligence and data extracts.
• Integration Technologies: Work with SOA, OAF, and Web Services to facilitate secure data exchange between HCM modules and third-party systems.
• Workflow Design: Optimize business processes through advanced workflow configuration and project accounting.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Certified Implementation: Apply rigorous standards as a Certified Oracle US Payroll Implementation Specialist to ensure audit-ready payroll cycles.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and system design to production support and enhancements.

Mandatory Technical Proficiency

• Certification: Oracle US Payroll Implementation Specialist (Required).
• Core Modules: Fusion HCM Cloud, EBS, US Payroll, Absence Management.
• Technical Tools: XML Publisher, SOA, OAF, Web Services.
