Service Delivery Manager (Application Support & Delivery)

Location: Culver City (4 days onsite)
Lead end-to-end service delivery for business-critical applications
Ensure high availability of applications
Ensure SLA compliance
Drive continuous improvement
Strong application development and support background
Drive incident management
Perform root cause analysis
Align with SDLC and release cycles
Ensure SLA compliance and high availability
Manage major incidents (P1/P2)
Provide timely stakeholder communication
Perform application-level triage using logs and code understanding
Use monitoring tools for issue analysis
Align support with SDLC and release cycles
Manage deployment processes
Handle end-to-end support lifecycle (incident, problem, change)
Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Collaborate with L2/L3 teams, development teams, and vendors
Resolve issues with minimal infrastructure dependency
Drive root cause analysis (RCA)
Ensure defect fixes and preventive improvements
Track service performance and incident trends
Improve delivery quality continuously
Strong experience in application support and service delivery (L2/L3)
Understanding of SDLC and release management
Knowledge of production support models
Ability to analyze application logs
Understanding of APIs and integration points
Experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
Basic understanding of microservices
Basic understanding of distributed systems
Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
Development understanding
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience in incident management
Ability to track KPIs (SLA, MTTR, incident reduction)
Ability to drive continuous improvement and service optimization
