Note : Must be senior with Angular 15+ and React
This role will be the Technical Lead for the Penske Mobile Maintenance initiative. Will be the onsite face off to the client and their technical team as well interface with the business at points.
Work closely with the project lead delivering to the SOW.
• 12+ years of exp. Strong in designing and develop web application from scratch and can build strong foundation using Angular framework.
• Able to do requirement analysis, discussion with BA’s and customer.
• Designing the technical architecture of the solution such as the hardware, software, and network components.
• Technical analysis and creation of High-level design documents
• Identifying and managing technical, security, and compliance risks to ensure the solution meets the organization's standards and requirements.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and processes, including assessing their strategic benefit in the solution.
• Experience in Web development, Responsive UI. Ability to recognize user experience needs and convert into design.
• should have exposure in mobile app development
• Strong in latest Angular version 15+
• Knowledge Reactive programming (RxJs)
• Experience / knowledge on IndexDB
• Expectation is to build an application from Security, UI/X and Scalability perspective.
• Solid foundation in design/development with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle with Agile Software development methods.
• Self-starter with Ability to lead small UI team.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with SASS/LESS Frameworks is added advantages.
• Knowledge on Gulp/Grunt, JSHINT, Bower on this an advantage
• 6-7 years development experience with HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap and Angular framework.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, service oriented
• Good Understanding of OOPS concept, architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database, and functional designs.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks protractor, jasmine and karma
• Should be familiar with Agile development process.
• Adaptable in quickly changing technical environments with very strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Work hands-on with engineers to review, troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
• Ability to understand the impacts of performance-based designs, accessibility standards and security compliance in Web development
