Gen AI Engineer

Location: Hartford CT - Connecticut

Job Description:

>> Develop and deploy GenAI/LLM powered applications/products

>> Build Agentic AI systems, including planning, reasoning, and decision-making components

>> Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, LLamaIndex etc.)

>> Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques

>> Experience with Reinforcement Learning (RL) algorithms and their application to agent training

>> Working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, IBM, Salesforce)

>> Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

>> Strong communication and collaborative skills

>> Experience working in an Agile development environment

>> Platform Experience developing agents using Google ADK and deploy on VertexAI

>> Experience integrating AI models with enterprise IT systems

Requirements:

>> 7+ years experience in Python

>> 2 years of experience developing and deploying GenAI/LLM powered applications/products

>> 1 year of experience building Agentic AI systems, including planning, reasoning, and decision-making components
