Job Title: Infrastructure SRE Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (CTH)
Job Description:
• Coding/automation experience in Python/Golang is a mandatory requirement.
• Build infrastructure using your knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS/GCP) services
• Support cloud infrastructure development using Infrastructure as a Code best practices
• Develop CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and maintain the production Cloud systems
• Research and implement new cloud technologies using Open Source tools
• Utilize APIs to write needed DevOps tools, to build and deploy automation to drive massive scale
• Work with team leads to secure our infrastructure in AWS and GCP, implementing security in CI/CD pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
• Build infrastructure using your knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS/GCP) services
• Support cloud infrastructure development using Infrastructure as a Code best practices
• Develop CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and maintain the production Cloud systems
• Research and implement new cloud technologies using Open Source tools
• Utilize APIs to write needed DevOps tools, to build and deploy automation to drive massive scale
• Work with team leads to secure our infrastructure in AWS and GCP, implementing security in CI/CD pipelines
What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?
• 10+ Years of experience working with Programming Languages (Python/Go), experience working with declarative languages is a plus
• 5+ Years of experience working with automation/configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible/Chef
• Advanced knowledge of Git
• Experience working with Identity and Access Management services available on public clouds
• 5years of Linux hands on experience (configure, troubleshooting and deployment)
• Hands-on knowledge of various services in either AWS or GCP, 2+ years related experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as CS, CIS or Engineering.
What are the Optional skills and skill proficiencies for this position?
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Containers or Kubernetes or Mesos deployments
• Experience with Back End or Full Stack Development is a plus
• Jenkins/Groovy scripts.
