Job Description
• Experience working on Cyberlife/Vantage policy admin system
• Troubleshoot programs causing abends in CICS regions and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot batch programs recurring abends and provide solutions.
• Familiar with TWS scheduling for understanding complex application batch cycles and recovery points.
• Understand reports from mainframe infra team, identify bottlenecks, provide solutions to optimize resource utilization.
• Analyze batch programs and provide solutions to reduce batch processing times and mainframe resource utilization.
• Should be able to assess third party vendor software pros and cons.
