JOB DESCRIPTION:
"AEM Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. This role involves building scalable components, templates, and integrations to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Implement front-end and back-end solutions using AEM best practices.
Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, analytics, marketing tools).
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance.
Collaborate with architects, QA, and business teams to deliver projects on time.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in AEM Sites, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher.
Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTL (Sightly), and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and cloud deployments (Adobe Managed Services, AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Developer preferred."
