Location: Columbus, OH(Onsite)(Need only local profiles)
Need minimum 8+ years experience
Mandatory Skills :
. Experience in financial services or banking operations/projects.(Banking preferred)
- Strong project management experience with ability to track, report, and manage multiple workstreams.
- Solid analytical and business analysis skills for assessing project performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, operations, strategy).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including preparing executive-level presentations and status reports.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
