Overview

Seeking a Content Developer with experience in content management, catalog management, and e-commerce operations. The role involves managing digital content, product data, media assets, and release activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer-facing e-commerce initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage content, product information, and media assets within publishing and e-commerce platforms
• Support feature development, testing, and production deployments
• Coordinate content releases, packaging, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot content-related issues and maintain a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business teams on project delivery
• Create and maintain documentation for content setup and release processes
• Track release metrics and support process improvements

 

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• 2+ years of experience with Catalog Management/PIM tools such as FileMaker, SAP CRM, Salsify, or similar platforms
• 2+ years of experience supporting global e-commerce or online shopping experiences
• Experience with Git, SVN, or other version control repositories
• Knowledge of content publishing workflows, release management, and production deployments
• Experience working on large cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, accountability, and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms and digital merchandising
• Familiarity with content governance, release planning, and publishing best practices
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and release metrics tracking
• Passion for enhancing customer and user experiences through content operations and digital commerce initiatives
