Role: MS Dynamics 365 Contact Center Architect (Power Platform)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
We need candidates who have BUILT or CONFIGURED contact center solutions — not just supported or managed.
MANDATORY (No Exceptions):
· Hands-on D365 Customer Service + Omnichannel
· Experience with Contact Center / Call Center platforms
· Must have worked on Chat, Email, Messaging (SMS/Teams) channels
· Strong in Routing, Queues, SLAs, Agent Desktop configuration
· Experience with Copilot Studio / Virtual Agents / AI bots
· Good knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
DO NOT SEND:
· M365 Admins / Azure Infra profiles
· Power Platform developers without Contact Center experience
· Generic Dynamics CRM profiles (Sales/Marketing only)

Relevant project details (Omnichannel + Contact Center work clearly mentioned)
