Job Title: Service Delivery Manager – Network & Cloud Infrastructure

Client: Hollister Incorporated
Location: Libertyville, IL (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead end-to-end service delivery and operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure environment. This role will oversee network operations, cloud integration, incident management, and service performance across on-premises data centers and Azure cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, ITIL processes, and operational leadership, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure high service availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 24/7 network and infrastructure operations, including shift planning and coverage
• Own incident triaging, escalation management, and resolution to meet SLA commitments
• Oversee operations across network devices, access points, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure
• Ensure smooth integration between on-prem systems and Azure cloud networks
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements
• Monitor infrastructure performance using enterprise monitoring tools
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational metrics
• Govern ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Cisco CLI, Meraki Dashboard
  • Fortinet / FortiGate (GUI & CLI)
  • Aruba SD-WAN Orchestrator
  • Zscaler
• Deep understanding of:
  • Routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
  • Switching: VLANs, STP, VRFs
• Expertise in:
  • VPNs, Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, QoS policies
