Job Title- Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics Developer (FDI / ADW / ODI)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FDI), Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to migrate and integrate data from SAP and other source systems into Oracle’s analytics ecosystem, delivering scalable, high-quality dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•             Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FDI) and ADW.

•             Build, enhance, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

•             Support data migration and integration from SAP (BW/BI, ECC, or S/4HANA) into ADW and FDI.

•             Develop semantic models, metrics, and KPIs aligned with business requirements.

•             Create and optimize SQL queries, views, and data models in Autonomous Data Warehouse.

•             Partner with functional teams (HCM, SCM, Finance, EPM) to understand Fusion application data structures.

•             Perform data validation, reconciliation, and pre-/post-load checks between SAP and Oracle Fusion.

•             Support and enhance FDI/OAC dashboards and reports, ensuring performance and usability.

•             Troubleshoot data, ETL, and reporting issues across environments (Dev, Test, Prod).

•             Document data models, ETL logic, and reporting standards.

•             Follow data governance, security, and best practices for enterprise analytics.

Required Qualifications

•             5+ years of experience in enterprise reporting and analytics development.

•             Strong hands-on experience with:

•             Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FDI)

•             Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)

•             Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)

•             Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.

•             Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications data models (HCM, SCM, Finance, or EPM).

•             Strong SAP business and reporting knowledge (SAP BW/BI, ECC, or S/4HANA).

•             Experience with data migration and integration from SAP to Oracle platforms.

•             Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star schemas).

•             Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

•             Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).

•             Prior involvement in SAP-to-Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation projects.

•             Knowledge of Oracle FDI out-of-the-box subject areas and extensibility.

•             Experience supporting executive dashboards and operational reporting.

•             Familiarity with data governance, security, and role-based access.

•             Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

•             Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

•             Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

•             Comfortable working with both business users and technical teams.
