Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience; 5+ years with ServiceNow Field Service Mobile Agent/mobile app development
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, Mobile App Builder, and mobile card configuration
Proficient in designing and developing Field Service mobile agent changes
Proven experience in Field Service mobile agent app - online/offline mode implementation and troubleshooting
Skilled in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP)
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Mobile Implementation Specialist preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred:
Experience implementing ServiceNow for field service, asset management, or mobile workforce management
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for mobile users
Agile/Scrum development experience
