JOB TITLE - FW: Solution/System Engineer

Location: Middletown, NJ (3day Hybrid) 

Interview: Virtual 

Visa: No H1B

 

Solution | System Engineer - Key Responsibilities 

o        Design and implement resilient system architectures for cloud-native and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. 

o        Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.  

o        Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to align infrastructure work with product goals. Provide technical input during feature planning to ensure infrastructure readiness and scalability. 

o        Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and audit-related processes to support transparency and compliance. 

o        Collaborate closely with software engineering teams (Development, Testing) to enhance CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment workflows across environments. 

o        Work cross-functionally with product, Architects, security, and operations teams to define system requirements and ensure infrastructure solutions meet business objectives. 

o        Implement and enforce robust security practices, including access controls, vulnerability management, and compliance with industry standards. 

o        Disaster recovery planning and execution, including backup strategies, failover testing, and incident response coordination. 

o        Conduct system capacity planning and forecasting to support current and future business growth. 

o        Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex system issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective actions. 

o        Evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance, reliability, and developer productivity. 

o        Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. 

 

Experience needed:

o        Must have experience in Telco in the following areas; inventory, workflow , provisioning 

o        Extra points if have experience with AT&T

o        Need to have good background and hands on experience in creating user stories

o        Need to have excellent communication skills

o        Experience with Fiber and TMF

 

Location:

·              Need to be able to be in Middletown, NJ office at least 3 times a week
