1)Position: Test Lead (Insurance Domain Exp Must)

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: Long - Term

Job Description:

1. Solid hands-on experience in Implementing and Administration of HP Tools

2. Configuration of HP ALM - Test Management and Defect Tracking

3. And HP UFT - Test Automation tool

4. Admin - Add, Update and remove users depending on requests

5. Configure HP tools and integrate with their Biz Requirements gathering tool Caliber (By Borland)

6. Insurance Background – Claims, Billing etc

7. Minimum 10 + years of experience required. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Managing the HP Testing tools and coordinating the infrastructure required for the tools in a centralized manner.

• Installation,upgrade,patching,migration and administration of HP ALM on servers and/or client machines

• HP ALM Customization

• Driving HP Tools implementation in different pockets of organization.

• Conducting Global ALM/QC Trainings

• Support multiple ongoing projects for functional test planning and executions

• Establishing and implementing HP ALM usage and providing best practices for all types of testings done by teams.

• Establishing and supporting end to end Test Management process using HP Tools

• Establishing better Defect Management Process.

• Assessment of related QA software and tool

• Working with the Validation team to define and implement solutions that ensure regulatory compliance.

• Managing complete HP QA Tool Suite and majorly focus on implementation of HP ALM.

• Involved in the Administration (Site Administration, Project Administration), Customization (Workflow Customization, Template Standardization)

• managing the on-going maintenance work of HP ALM.

• Minimum 10 + years of experience required. 

2)Position: Sr. Automation Tester (Insurance Domain Exp Must)

Location: Lansing, MI

Duration: Long - Term

Description:

• Sr. Automation Tester(QTP/UFT) 

• Develop Test Strategy and Automation testing Roadmap

• Need to train folks at client and guide the automation effort

• Insurance Background – Claims, Billing etc

• Expertise using UFT\QTP to test Web applications

• Experience with at least one of the following test automation software: Selenium, SilkTest, Win Runner, Rational Robot, Fanfare iTest, Test Complete, Web Load

• Good knowledge and experience in software testing methodology, test development, and test execution involving multiple types of testing (e.g., Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and Performance).

• Familiarity with Jmeter, and/or other similar test automation tools

• Self-starter and independent.  Strong trouble shooting skills

• Excellent communication skills and a team player willing to go all out to find a solution.

• Good design and test skills, passion for quality and attention to details.

• Solid understanding of the SDLC.

3)Position: Configuration Manager (Insurance Domain Exp Must)

Location: Lansing, MI 

Duration: Long - Term

Must Have Skills

• Identify the gaps/differences between Production, DEV, SIT, and QA

• Help client to develop a plan of action for addressing the differences

• provide implementation plans for managing the remaining, known-and-accepted differences and preventing new gaps 

• Best practices for maintaining the consistency of tables and data

• Define Release management Process

• Develop version control mechanism

• Automated Communication about changes

• Setup audit control

• Define release health metrics

• Insurance Background – Claims, Billing etc

• Minimum 10 + years of experience required. 

Areas: web servers, databases, file system shares, application servers, EDW, network set-up between domains

Environments: DEV, SIT, QA, Production
