to C++ Game Programming

I am wanting to write a game that will be pretty intensive in 3D

I need to know of any tutorials and libraries out there to get me going
with Dev C++
in a game programming sense...

If you don't know where to start, then you're quite a-ways off from programming an intensive 3D engine..
