innovation. It may not be innovative products, mind you, but innovation
plays a roll is all things that generate a revenue stream. And that is
what business is all about.

1. Ask Your employees for ideas. They often have great ideas but are
afraid to speak up about them.
2. Google Search your key words and READ 50 - 100 Pages to see what is
being done in the field. You will see, learn and often have an idea or
two pop into your head.
3. Hire a Professional Inventor. I have created many innovative
solutions and product designs for clients. You can see the same results
by hiring a professional designer.
4. Try what you KNOW will not work. Often I am amazed at the things I
learn when I try something I know will fail. Many times they fail
differently then I had expected and sometimes they succeed.
5. Use your current product as the spring board for better designs. Ask
people what they like about your product AND then ask people for 5
things they DON'T like. When you let them say something good first they
often feel ok taking a few snipes at the product. These flaming pearls
are worth their syllables in Gold to you. They are the ideas you need
to work on to improve your product and to create new ones.
