Job Description:
· Sr. TIBCO Developer
· Description:
· Part of team focused on migrating a large existing Java/Oracle web application to an SOA environment using TIBCO products. This is a highly transactional application that captures and processes enormous amounts of sales transactions data.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and increase the performance of the application using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, Designer, and other tools.Follow an Agile development approach with continuous design/development/testing.TIBCO application testing (functional, system, regression, integration, data validation, helping with UAT, and also testing automation).Understand the system design, writing the test cases, test case execution, and defect management.Pre-post deployment troubleshooting support using TIBCO Administrator, EMS administration, etc.Provide TIBCO technical assistance to the other developers on the team as needed.
Experience must include the following:
¿ At least 6 years of enterprise software design/development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to using TIBCO tools/products outlined below
- TIBCO Active Matrix BusinessWorks
- TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS)
- TIBCO Designer
- TIBCO Active Matrix Administrationweb services, WSDL, XML - at least 2 years experience developing or consuming web services. TIBCO application testing.
Pre-Post production deployment troubleshooting and support.
Light to mid-level Java Development experience is also required – at least with the ability to edit/write code.
Experience developing large-scale, high-performance applications.Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in a very complex technical environment.
