Finally!!! Playa information

Hello folks

Sorry for the delay. We are neck deep in playa preperations. Anyone
got a snorkel? Just a few days left to remember to forget
something :).

If you've visited our website, you might have found our location, but
I'm posting it again. We are at 3:00 and Artic, just behind OBOB
(Ohai Bureau of Pleasure), and very close to the the 3:00 plaza. What
a great location.

For our activities during the week, we have the following (and my
apologies... I'm just gonna copy it from our website):

Lotus Dome - Respite from the playa

24/7 BuddhaCamp @ The Lotus Dome (Arctic and 3:00)

Playa getting you down? Trouble at "home"? Just need to sit and take
a breather? Our dome will be open 24/7, for those needing to take
refuge from life on the playa. Just come on it, and let those playa
troubles drift away. *Please respect our space, and refrain from
having sex in our dome, or consuming of mind altering substances. It
not that we don't want you to do them, But our dome is a sacred
space, and those things should be done elsewhere.

Daily, @ 11:00am, Starting Tuesday Aug 28th - Sunday Sept. 2nd
BuddhaCamp @ The Lotus Dome (Artic and 3:00)

When deluded one is an ordinary being; when enlightened one is called
a Buddha.Join us in the recitation of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo and portions
of the Lotus Sutra to activate your "Buddha nature" and enhance your
playa experience!

Buddhism teaches that we can transform wherever we are into the "Land
of Tranquil Light". Join us for a discussion on the Buddhist concept
of Esho Funi - Oneness of Self and Environment.
Poetry Slam... a little bit of poetry and a wee bit of Spanking!

Friday, Augst 31st, 2007. 2:00pm. Hosted at OBOP Main Tent (Esplanade
and 3:00)

This is not some ordinary poetry reading, nor is it your common poetry
contest with score paddles. But you will be paddled with poetry in
this full contact open mic. Curious yet? So are we! Come hear poetry
and share poetry in the spoken form and be literally 'touched by the
word'. Leave with bits of word luvin' to share with the playa

All events come with a chance for *free* enlightenment, cause "You Are
the Buddha!"
