Hi there, I hope you are well
Please find enclosed some exciting information about
the Book Marks libraries project. Produced by the People’s Heritage Co-operative, the project aims to gather readers inside their local libraries and capture stories about their love of reading, and their love of libraries.
Over the next few weeks the Co-operative will invite three poets to become poets-in-residence at the libraries to hold workshops for the local community to join in. They are:
Hayley Frances in Druid’s Heath on Tuesday 25 March (1000-1200) and Thursday 27 March (1430-1630)
Ruben Whitter in Stirchley on Saturday 29 March (1430-1630) and Tuesday 1 April (1000-1200)
Bradley Taylor in Selly Oak.on Saturday 29 March (1000-1200) and Monday 31 March (1000-1200)
The workshops are all free to attend, and no booking is necessary. Please share amongst your contacts, and if you are free, do come along!
With kind regards
James Kennedy
