July 4th Shenanigans

Soooooo.........

the whole mailmonkey thing was premature.

sorry.

It will happen, honest.

but for now: its old skool with emails WHOOOP WHOOPPPP.

so. yeh. tomorrow (sat 4th july) it all kicks off big style. well. not like an actual royal rumble or anything. but, you know, well.

9.30am onwards in prices square (northfield high street) live music! free face painting and free mehndi! craft workshop (yep, freeee) poetry workshops, portrait sketches(you guessed it, free as a bird) and circus skills/magic. Aaaaaannddd a big old treasure hunt with people in fancy dress costumes. love it.

11.30am meet outside the quaker house for the carnival parade (maybe just a short walk around the park as we will have lots of little ones with us)

12pm the carnival itself! loads of great stuff, but, over by the basketball court, our Arts Village. mm hmmmm proper lush. on until 4.30pm with loads of free workshops and games.

back at prices square at 4pm we have the play White Shining Land. its only 30min long, free to all, and it will blow your socks off.

go on kids. get yourself along. bring the family. and the neighbours. and the cat. maybe not the cat.
