January 2nd Club Meeting at New Ventures

Hi Brewers, 

The new year is almost here and so is our monthly meeting at New Ventures Brewing/Gallatin Homebrew Supplies next Thursday January 2nd at 6pm. We'll meet in the brewery before going upstairs to the apartment for the meeting and tasting of homebrew, these monthly meetings are always free and open to the public. 

We will be doing a style tasting of a variety of Scottish/Scotch style ales. Let me know if you might have a homebrew that fits the Scottish styles that we can include in the tasting. 

We drew ingredients for the Iron Brewer challenge at the last meeting and I have several extra ingredients that were put into the hat for anyone who was not able to attend and would like to compete. Let me know in person at the meeting or via email. 

Also note it's chili potluck night at New Ventures if you'd like to participate in that prior to the meeting.

Reminder that our January meeting is at 6pm tonight at New Ventures Brewing/Gallatin Homebrew Supplies. I'm bringing a selection of Scotch/Scottish ales for a style tasting session and It's a chili cookoff potluck at New Ventures as well if you'd like to join and have some food prior to the meeting.
