December Meeting and Holiday Party

[Bridger Brew Crew]

  Hi homebrewers,

I wanted to send an update about the upcoming December meeting and holiday party.  It won't be the first Thursday of the month. Instead it will be Saturday, December 9 from 5p-7p at my house, one block south of the Emerson Cultural Center in downtown Bozeman.

The address is:

304 S. 3rd Ave.

Bozeman, MT 59715

We will hold the monthly meeting, followed by Officer nominations and elections, the Iron Brewer drawing, and general merriment. This is a potluck, so if you are able, please bring a dish and, as always, some homebrew to share!

I look forward to seeing many of you.

Final reminder for our Holiday Party happening tomorrow.  Hope to see you all there, details from Brandon are below.  

Anyone who wants to participate in the Iron Brewer competition but can’t attend tomorrow just email myself or Bruce with the ingredient you  want thrown in the hat and we will then also draw an ingredient for you at the event.

Hi Ryan,

Could you please forward this on to the brew club? I haven’t brewed in years and have decided it’s time to clean out my closet. I am giving away all my brew supplies for free! Merry Christmas! All I ask is that whoever wants it takes everything and they can decide to share what they don’t want with other members or toss it or whatever. Here’s what I have:

1) Igloo Cooler mash tun with stainless steel false bottom

2) hot liquor tank (cooler) with fittings, tubing, and a homemade manifold to control drips. 

3) Two corny kegs with good O-rings. Hold pressure still (cleaned and tested them myself).

4) copper cooling coil with tubing and hose fittings. 

5) Two 6 gallon plastic fermenter bottles

6) Two 5 gallon plastic fermenter bottles

7) lots of random accessories (bottle cappers, transfer wand, wine thief, air locks, spare parts, etc). 

I live over by the Hop Lounge.
