this can be complicated
parotid glands are enlarged for a myriad of reasons
often associated with dental detox as can occur with mercury fillings, dental infection associated with a number of infections such as staph, strep, fungal, herpes, mono, auto immune disease such as sjogrens, low thyroid, allergy this time of year and the list goes on.  .
a new problem being identified is related to cell phone usage and emf's. 
many people who have had significant detox issues have been found to be seriously iodine deficient and are unable to keep the emf's and radiation coming off of cell phones from damaging the salivary glands.
suffice it to say, this is not a simple question.

Is it possible to canvass the list confidentially to find out if anyone with ruptured migrating silicone has experienced a mass in their parotid gland (it is one of the salivary glands under the ear, on the neck, sometimes confused with lympth node swelling)...
