OGLETREE-COSHOW Theresa Kay Ogletree-Coshow, 55, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at her home on the Westside of Jacksonville, Florida. Theresa who was also called "Sammy" by her family and friends was born March 8, 1953 at Kindley A.F.B., Bermuda to Jimmy and Lois Day. A 1971 graduate of N.B. Forrest High School, she also attended FCCJ. Theresa is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Day and grandparents, Frank and Carrie Day and Elmer and Ivy Talburt. She is survived by her husband, Steve Coshow; son, James Ogletree ; mother, Lois Day; 2 brothers, Terry Day (Sara) and Jerry Day; 1 sister, Leah Hadrava (Larry); 1 nephew, Jared Day; 2 step-sons, Brett Ogletree (Crystal), and Wayne Ogletree. Other family members are the Humiecki's, Taylor's, Delaura's, Maxey's, O'Connor's, and the Cole's. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm, followed by a memorial funeral service at 2:00pm, Thursday, January 29, 2009 at Hardage-Giddens Blanding Funeral Home (5753 Blanding Blvd.) Jacksonville, FL 32244 with Pastor Charles Boldt, officiating.
