Hey Breakfast Crew!

The "Second Serving" of Breakfast in Bridgetown has arrived, so it is time to celebrate. I've decided to have a shindig at a new place in the second edition, also a place with fine food that does well with big groups. That would be Lucca, at NE 24th and Fremont.

This is not to be confused with the book launch party, which has been moved to Tuesday Dec. 14 at Cafe Nell in NW Portland. Stay tuned to my "Breakfast Bulletin" newsletter and/or my website for details on that one.

That's the public party that any schmoe can come to; this is the Crew-only wahoo time. And here are the details:

Sunday, December 5, 10 a.m. (I need to get to my booth at Saturday Market)

Lucca, NE 24th and Fremont. Here's the menu. And here's what happened when some of the Crew went there before.

As always, please give me some notice, so I can pass it on the restaurant. This could be a big group, and I'll try to cap it around 15 or so, if we get to that number. And please try to bring cash to make it easy on ourselves. I'll promise to break tradition and actually bring cash, as well. And be on time.

And yes, I'll have books there!
