So, two things. One is a reminder about this Sunday, 10 a.m., at Broder, which is co-hosted with Portland Food Adventures. I know $60 sounds like a lot, but you'll get a special four-course brunch, all the bloody marys you can stand, a signed (however you want) copy of my book, and $10-15 gift certificates to Helser's, Sanborn's, and Cocotte. More info here.

Back on our normal kind of outing, let's check out Trader Vic's on January 8! They start at 10, so let's shoot for that. As always, let me know if you're coming -- we'll try to keep this one to 10 people, just in case -- and please bring cash to make the bill a little less troublesome.
