Subject: Wednesday Polo Home Game

We have our first home game against Royal on Wednesday 9-12 starting with Frosh/Soph at 3:30

 

The snack shack will be open and if you have time please bring some home made desserts  (PLEASE NO store bought desserts).  No worries if you don’t have time, there are 4 more games at home this season.  (Please email me what you will be bringing)

 

I will need help manning the shack so please respond if you can stand in for an hour.  The last game (JV) is slated to start at 6pm.

 

As is the tradition we ask that you donate one case of water and one case of 20oz Gatorade’s for the season, please stick with the 20oz Gatorade’s and 16.9oz water bottles for consistency. 

 

*Since we are a bit tight on room if I could have last names A-G bring in their donation this week.  H-L bring in their donation for the October 2nd game and M-W supply the Oct 23rd game.
