On this rainy day, I decided to go birding without binoculars along the Neponset River marshland, gorge, and wooded drumlin:

Double-crested Cormorant 30
Black-crowned Night-Heron 5     F.O.Y.
Great Egret 3
Peregrine Falcon 1
Wilson's Snipe 1       flushed out on marsh road to the river
Eastern Phoebe 1
