Thank you, Dave & everyone else, for the tips.  Much appreciated!

FYI, based on everyone's feedback, I found the following as the best options:

-> Clarendon Street Garage (100 Clarendon St.)

-> Prudential Center Parking Garage

-> Back Bay Garage at 222 Berkeley St.

BAA says Clarendon Street Garage will be closed during the race, but the garage told me they will remain open all day for bikes.  Racks are in need up some updating there, but at least it is covered parking spot. :)
