I went to look up a picture of Majenkir Wotan of Foxcroft on the web
because of an old picture being shared by the Garboskys(spelling?).
Found a lovely picture on a tribute page which also contained accounts
of his descendents.

What has me sitting here in tears is the story of the little girl
and her letter to god about the passing of her dog which is at the bottom
of the page.

I think my tearful response is a reaction to the sympathy for the little
girl shown by some anonymous worker in the US Postal Service who arranged
for a response to come to the letter.

I wonder who gets all the "letters to god?" I think the postal service has
some arrangement to handle the "letters to santa clause".
