My old manager and friend, Carrie Young, is running a small consulting firm, Talk Social To Me, helping companies mobilize and engage their employees inside enterprise social networks (Jive, Yammer, Facebook for Work, etc.)

Sounds like the role has flexible hours and is remote and you would work from home (ideal for moms or folks in-between jobs, maybe)...depends on the person and what they need and want. She can't offer health benefits or anything like that, since they are so small, but a competitive rate of pay (hourly or salary) - yes! :)
