Hello SF Friends - 

We have an amazing roommate who is sadly moving out of our home to move in with her boyfriend this summer. So, 3046 now has an open spot come June 1!

If you know of any female professionals (preferably ~29-34 y/o) looking for a place in this crazy expensive rental market, please be in touch. We are looking for someone who is employed, extremely clean/organized, respectful, social and a pleasure to be around. We are all friends with one another and have a very comfortable and fun living space, so ideally we are looking for someone that we would connect with enough to become friends, and not someone who wants to come and go in a ghostly fashion.

This large, charming, rent-controlled (yipee!), 5-bedroom flat at Polk/Bay is an immaculate place, with in-unit laundry, huge kitchen and dishwasher, very comfortable living room, dining room where we love to host dinner parties, 2 full bathrooms and an amazing claw foot tub, a large back porch with a gas grill, and 3 lovely roommates. Not attaching any photos here, because the place is just that awesome, and you'll have to take our word for it if you haven't been over for one of our gatherings. :)

We are a group of three 29-32 year old girls who are very active, social, love to cook, make old fashioneds, and share a good bottle of wine while watching movies/TV. One of us works for salesforce, another is in furniture design, and the last works in marketing at Fitbit. Our place is extremely homey and while we welcome visitors all the time, it’s not an over the top party place. You can find most of us on the couch with popcorn on a Friday evening.
