In my opinion Dorian's childhood was very sad and lonely. May be he didn't
has a mother or a father who liked him, so he lived for himself.
Perhaps because he didn't has someone who told him what is wrong and what is
right he began to live worried just about his own beauty.
I think that he turned in a bad person because he didn't has a happy
chilhood.
