Friends of Scouting
Much of our district
has completed Friends of Scouting, and thank you. However there are a few
that have yet to complete Friends of Scouting. The following units still
need to schedule/reschedule theirs:
Packs: 45,
139
Troops: 102, 116, 119, 137, 333
Friends of Scouting is an
important part of your unit. It pays for training for you as leaders,
program materials for Roundtables, staff to put things together like fliers for
your unit. Also, there are two opportunities to bring the money that
Friends of Scouting raises right back to your unit through the Quality Unit Plus
Award and the Friends of Scouting Award. For information on these two
awards, contact Ted Olsen at tol...@bsamail.org. Please help us have a
successful year for Bo Qui!
To schedule your unit's Friends of Scouting
Presentation, please contact: Dan Flowers at friendso...@bo-qui.dm-iowa.com,
Mariann Edris at med...@sullivan-ward.com, or Kurt
Hoffmann at khof...@bsamail.org. Last
