We hold you in our thoughts through COVID-19. We hope you, your loved ones and communities are safe and cared for in these times.
The current climate leads us to reimagine our vision, and our collective potential as a community. We want to expand on the idea of care and our responsibility as Action Sheroes/ Heroes/ Theyroes, today.
We have listed a set of three interdependent proposals for you to consider and make your own!

Proposal 1:
How do we build care capacity as Action Sheroes / Heroes / Theyroes ? What are your experiences with generosity, kindness and empathy, both received and given in recent weeks? How are you practicing care, towards yourself and each other? What are the new means and expressions of care ? Tell us here , ideally by this weekend ( April 12th,2020) so we can share it with you by Tuesday April 14th.

Proposal 2: “How Are You ?”
Translate the above proposal to direct web based action.
“How Are You ?” is an hour long conversation between 2 strangers across geographies and perhaps time zones with the idea that this is the first and only conversation with this stranger. The strangers must remain anonymous to each other . The call will be audio only. How are you rests on being able to say how you, i.e I, am too. Two strangers will be matched on registration. We can host 20 conversations simultaneously.
Date: April 14th, 6 30 pm IST / 9 am EST.

Proposal 3: Enable Blank Noise To Build Capacity and Meet Its Mission To End Violence Against Women, Girls, and All Persons.
Support Blank Noise through a financial donation. Your contribution of any amount will take us a long way in our commitment to end violence against women, girls and all persons. The I Never Ask For It mission calls for your support . Your funds will enable us to build public interventions, research, internships, staff salaries and much more!
We can currently accept funds from Indian passport holders only. We do have an income tax exemption certificate ( 12A and 80G) .
