Fred Schodt on Osamu Tezuka coming in September

Frederick Schodt, the author of Manga! Manga! and Dreamland Japan, the first English-language books on manga, has finished working on a new volume on the life and work of Osamu Tezuka, the God of Manga. Stone Bridge Press will be publishing "The Astro Boy Essays: Osamu Tezuka, Mighty Atom, and the Manga-Anime Revolution" in September. In addition to being a close friend of Tezuka, Fred is the translator of Astro Boy (for Dark Horse) and Phoenix (for Viz).
