Biodiverse 4.99_013 development release is now available for testing

A new development release of Biodiverse (4.99_013) is now available.

This will become version 5 unless there are substantial issues raised in
the next week or so.

The binaries can be downloaded from
https://github.com/shawnlaffan/biodiverse/releases/tag/r4.99_013

I have only packaged Windows and Mac-ARM releases at this stage. If you
are interested in testing a Mac-Intel or Linux (Ubuntu) release then
please let me know.

Version 5 is a substantial rewrite of the GUI from version 4.3, and a
complete rewrite of the plotting engine (maps, trees, matrices).

Please test these and raise any problems or questions them on this
mailing list or as an issue on the issue tracker. There is also the
discussion forum where general questions can be asked.
