Biodiverse version 2.1 is now available

Biodiverse version 2.1 is now available.  It can be accessed from
https://github.com/shawnlaffan/biodiverse/wiki/Downloads

This is a minor update to the version 2.0 release, and the summary of
changes since version 2.0 is at

The available binary versions work only on 64 bit computers, but
windows, linux and mac operating systems are all supported.
