Hi Dmitry,

OK, two data files contain exactly the same data.
The goal is to map EcoCyc reactions to iJR904 reactions using the fact
that we have mapped the molecules already.

When I put the data in this order:
1. equivalent-class molecules between EcoCyc and iJR904 databases. 2.
reaction classes from EcoCyc
3. reaction classes from iJR904.

It hangs after 52% completion.

When I put the data in this order:
2. reaction classes from EcoCyc
3. reaction classes from iJR904.
1. equivalent-class molecules between EcoCyc and iJR904 databases.

It runs through to completion in 480.7 seconds.

Any clues as to why this might be?
