Last chance to sign up for Extended Harvest’s 5-month Winter Produce Subscription with pick-up site at the Food Co-op.

Cold weather has arrived… do you know what you’ll be eating this winter? Starting the week of November 12th, Extended Harvest subscribers will be enjoying locally grown frozen fruits and vegetables, including broccoli, corn, blueberries, edamame, and green beans, through the witer. With an Individual subscription, you will be able to pick up six packages of frozen vegetables and fruits plus two fresh items each month for five months.  If that's not enough for you, try an Herbivore/Family Share packed with twice the frozen items, plus a bonus fresh item not included with the Individual subscription.  With either option, you'll enjoy our region's harvest throughout the winter knowing that you're supporting local farmers and producers. For your convenience there are several sites to pick-up your monthly subscription, including Binghamton University's very own Food Co-op in the University Union! Find out more and reserve your subscription at www.extendedharvest.com <http://www.extendedharvest.com/> .

Orders must be received by November 10th, so place your order now to claim your share of the harvest through the winter! If you know anyone else interested in Extended Harvest, please spread the word so they don't miss their chance to sign up.

Interested in adding on other local and regional foods to your produce subscription, like NYS artisan cheese, local veggie protein, NYS pasta, or a locavore pantry box? Learn more about these options and reserve yours today at www.extendedharvest.com
<http://www.extendedharvest.com/> .
