Interested in the possibility of a Co-op Book Club?

Dear Co-opers,

The Co-op is considering the formation of a Book Club in the near future.  Most of the details are still fairly loose, but the idea, put simply, is to have the Book Club serve as a way for patrons and volunteers to become more informed about food-related issues.  Without any concrete details to give out, my question is only:
