The laxative started working while I listened to the album. I followed
the pamphlet's last step at 11 P.M.: I drank two more glasses of water.
I was on my own after that, so I recited my procedure to myself. "One:
drink some water. Two: listen to Depeche Mode. Three: use the
restroom."
...I feel as though I have become a drainage pipe.
i just read an interview with uwe boll at http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=62899 . did everyone remember when kojima said he was asked about uwe boll doing an mgs movie and kojima said no? well in the interview he complains how he gets bad press for his videogame movies, and here is the reason. they dont have the feel of the game! the only thing resident evil had in common with the game is the name, characters, and umbrella. it had no resemblence of the game at all, resident evil is about scary, its about slow disrubing images. he also defends the doom movie, i can tell you right now the problems with the doom movie as a doom fan: more than one person as the main character, doom is about being alone against a demon horde, not with your buddies. theres no hell! doom is about hell, the demons come from it, you go in there and kick ass. in the movie there is some kind of genetic thing going on it has nothign to do with hell. without those elements you dont have a doom movie, its just another sucky action flick. i dont know why they tacked on the doom name, to sell more tickets? i have yet to see a videogame movie that retains the feel and quality of the material its based on, and until then, whoever makes it im going to bash them, not just uwe boll.
