China: Large Earthquake Kills 2*

BEIJING (AP) - A strong earthquake shook southwest China's Yunnan
province early Sunday, killing two and injuring nearly 70, state media
reported.

The magnitude-6.4 quake at 5:34 a.m. was centered in the old downtown of
the Hani and Yi Autonomous County of Ning'er in Pu'er City, the official
Xinhua News Agency reported.
