I found a great link from the Cint. Public Library that lists a lot of the services and agencies available to support various needs.
 
I wanted to share it with each of you as a tool that can be leveraged while assisting the Bhutanese.  I noticed that Valley Interfaith services the Hartwell communities with school uniforms and bus tokens.  This will come in handy.  There is also an organization that provides computers to those in need.

Immigrant Women against Domestic Violence

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ON 11th Sept AT MELA FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BOOTH

  There will be a Stall set up for this purpose at the Mela to be held at the Temple on 11th Sept from 12noon to 8 pm

We need volunteers to  be attendants / hosts at the stall and pass out information.

We will have AIW ( Alliance for Immigrant Women) and YWCA representation on this day.

All enquiries will be treated with utmost anonymity , respect and compassion...you can ask a friend or confidante to approach us if you wish

If your family is in trouble, please seek support and help….there is hope !!!
