Hey everyone,
This weekend Mixed Student Union is hosting our second EVER Senior Weekend!! For all of you who are wondering, Senior Weekend, hosted by the bridges coalition of recruitment and retention centers on campus, is an annual event where freshly accepted high school seniors are invited to check out the Cal campus and all the wonderful things we have to offer, all in the context of an ethnic-community focus!
We are super proud to announce that we are hosting 21 seniors this year (more than double our count last year - which was our first year hosting!) so we are not only super excited but we also would love your help and support!
Attached is our schedule for this weekend, all the way from this very moment until noon on Saturday (Cal Day!)
It includes our handy dandy senior weekend cell phone number, where you can call to let us know if you'd like to help out for any events, find out where we are, or even if you are able to host any kids overnight! (we'd greatly appreciate this - some of our officers are housing up to five kids in their own small living spaces - so if you can host for one night or both nights and live fairly near campus give us a call!)
