I have Lewmar Bow thruster on my B49. The lower unit (gearbox) is totally disintegrated. I don't know if this gearbox was made of brass. I have been looking to replace it. I have notice Lewmar now makes them from stainless steel or composite. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks for your help.
