Clamshell On Side of Bow

Greetings,

I noticed mine is cracked, on a 2004 331. Is this a vent/overflow for water tank or drain for anchor locker? Where do I find a replacement? Is it just one screw holding it on?

The drain cover has just the one screw holding it on.

I found a very similar part on Defender's website.

Once installed never notice the difference.
