The site is not super intuitive but it will get you to the most common parts. I have a 1992 and it works. If you can't identify a part check with Jon. Take a pic from the old part if you can and attach it to your mail. His contact information is below. He is super helpful! I always found Beneteaus pricing very competitive.

Ward at Beneteau says from beginning of the year you have to register with a dealer to be able to log in to spare part site. I have tried so others to register, it seems no dealer knows how or doesn't want to bother, they don't respond.

I concur that getting help or parts from your local dealer is impossible.  I called mine, Sailplace Kenosha, and was literally told we don’t do parts, we just sell them.

Very frustrating.

I finally sent an email to Ward Richardson which he replied promptly. The reason he gave me is Beneteau doesn't want to bother with sales tax collection and reporting. It seems reasonable to see that dealers are not willing either. I suggested maybe they should sell their parts as an Amzon third party vendor.

Frustrating, but I'll bet that dealers would be more likely to be willing to buy parts for people that know the exact part they want and what it should cost. That was the main reason I wanted access to the site, I wanted to be able to find the part details.

The way I see it Beneteau part had the whole North America market and didn't want to mess with sales tax collection. Now how a dealer in any given part of US that has just afew Beneteau near them can be expected to go through trouble of collecting and filling of sakes tax.

Has to backfire on them eventually, selling a product and then not providing after sales support. Word will get around and their reputation will suffer, if there are alternatives out there for consumers to buy, BUT it's such a small market relatively speaking.

Completely agree. The same in Europe, Beneteau has great boats, I have my 44cc in Portugal and I love it, but in terms of client support Beneteau doesn't exist.
