Beneteau Spare Parts - Solution !

Like many, I've been very frustrated about the Beneteau Spare parts policy and many dealers just don't have the time or staff to deal with this.  BUT there is an easy solution: 

John at Annapolis Yacht Sales runs the parts department and he's great to deal with.  I'm all set up with a "new" login to the Beneteau site which directs the purchase paperwork right to AYS and parts orders flow smoothly.  You can even keep a card on file with AYS and the parts will get drop shipped right to you.  Simple.

Seems AYS really places a priority on service and support.
